Loungin' @ Lynott's coz it's Friday

3fifteen (one word, with a digit) - keys/vox, lead (chicks), rhythm, bass, drums (guys). Oh man, vox can sing. Don't mention Clarissa 🤣 (Ed: months after writing this, I have no idea what that means). My first video attempt of the night is atrocious. Zero focus. Luckily I took two videos and the second is a little better. Too dark from an exposure pov, but better than blurry AF.

A band I haven't heard of were next - Groovy Tuesday - I said hello to bass' mum. 😄Mum & Dad are here for the Groovy Tuesday show but are heading to milk Bar next - where Viperchain are playing, but not to see them. Oh, the band? Musically, they're a good pop/rock blend. The singer has talent and it very looks like her band. I think they have the right rock chops, if they can keep writing songs and getting gigs I reckon they could become popular. Would see again.

CNTR were down a drummer so lead stepped in (and also played imaginary guitar). Really good set under the circumstances. 'If I was your girlfriend' needs investigation. There's something here - will see again.

Teenage Vertigo. If there a lead vox that 'gets it' wrt camera it's the lead from Teenage Vertigo. Aware that camera love comes across as viewer love to those watching. And they do fun rock. Really enjoyable show - could solo the guitars more, but then so could everyone. 😁 Great audience engagement, thoroughly listenable music/lyrics, good fun. Got the presence to get large, but not sure if they push hard enough for it - need more shows.

Bands and friends gig (+ rocksperth) by the time it was over. Disappointing coz there should be a bunch here, but my inner introvert doesn't mind at all. 🤣
